This Summit, led by Kelly Brown (B.A., M.A., Q.Med.), explores practical strategies for conflict resolution and navigating difficult conversations in the club environment. Participants will gain tools for de-escalating tense situations, communicating effectively with employees and patrons, identifying underlying interests, and maintaining positive working relationships. Through real-world examples and interest-based negotiation techniques, attendees will build confidence in handling challenging conversations with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
