In cooperation with GGA Partners, CMAC publishes two annual Compensation Reports for General Managers and Food & Beverage/Clubhouse Managers in the club management industry. Each report is compiled with data provided by our members, and members who participate in the survey receive a complimentary copy. Both reports include information on salaries, bonuses and benefits, and is broken down by club type and revenue, region, and population of the club community. The information is a valuable resource for GMs and Food & Beverage/Clubhouse Managers in benchmarking their individual package against their peers. This year, we’ve made a couple of exciting changes, introducing new data points that will allow us to deliver even stronger insights. Our aim is to not only provide the valuable data you rely on but also to develop a comprehensive state of the industry report, capturing key trends and insights.
The 2024 compensation surveys were distributed in early September, and the reports are now available. Survey respondents will receive an email with a link to the report.
