Awards Ceremony
The 2025 CMAC Awards Ceremony takes place on Sunday, November 2, 8:45 am – 9:45 am ET, immediately preceding the Conference Kick-Off opening remarks. If you are part of our CMAC community, including social program delegates, but not attending the conference education and would like to join us in celebrating our recipients, you are most welcome. In order to manage numbers, we require registration. In the unlikely event that we reach capacity, seats will be reserved for education attendees.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received, in writing, by no later than September 18. Cancellations received by this time will be refunded the course registration fee less 10% (plus HST) administration fee. Cancellations received after September 18 cannot be refunded. Substitutions will be permitted.
CMAC reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of cancellation. CAMC will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses, other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.
Payment Policy
In order to attend the 2025 National Conference, registration must be paid in full to CMAC by October 1. Payments made prior to September 30 can be paid by credit card, cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Interac e-Transfer made to national@thecmac.ca. Cheques are not accepted for payments made after September 30.
Credit Card Payments
All payments paid by credit card are subject to an additional 2.5% processing fee (plus HST).
Cross-border Requirement
As per the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), Canadian citizens aged 16 years and older must present one of the following documents when entering the United States by land or water:
- a valid passport
- a Trusted Traveler Program card
- an enhanced driver’s licence (EDL) or enhanced identification card (EIC) from a province or territory where a U.S. approved EDL/EIC program has been implemented
- a Secure Certificate of Indian Status
The WHTI-compliant document you choose to use must be valid for the duration of your stay. Please refer to the Canadian Government webpage for more information or particulars to you.
Photographs & Social Media
CMAC reserves the right to use any photo or video images recorded at the Conference. By registering for the Conference you acknowledge and agree that CMAC may photograph and/or video you during the event as well as use the photographs and/or videos in any publication or media for future educational and promotional activities/materials without further notification or any compensation.
