CMI Workshop: Leading from Within – Mindful Emotional Resilience

This innovative evidence-based training addresses a critical gap in leadership education—one rarely addressed in traditional leadership training. While leaders are often expected to serve people, navigate high stress, during emotionally charged situations, few are ever taught how to manage the human complexity of those moments while still leading effectively.

The objective of Leading from Within is to provide club leaders with a refreshing, empowering, and enjoyable learning experience that brings heart, humanity, and practical tools into the forefront of deepening leadership.

This interactive workshop is designed to spark new awareness around the emotional side of leadership—offering a space to reflect, connect, and build meaningful skills in a supportive, uplifting environment. Too often, leaders are placed in emotionally intense situations without having the tools to stay grounded. This program shifts that experience by teaching approachable, real-life strategies for preparing for difficult conversations, staying centered under pressure, and showing up with empathy—without feeling overwhelmed or drained.

Participants will laugh, learn, reflect, and engage through real stories, and interactive exercises that are as memorable as they are applicable.
