The Multi-Gen Advantage: Strategies for Managing a Multigenerational Workforce In today's competitive talent market, attracting and retaining a multigenerational workforce is crucial for the success of private clubs. This session will dive into the importance of building an environment where all generations can thrive, offering actionable tools and strategies specifically tailored for hiring and retaining talent. A multigenerational workforce creates the exchange of diverse perspectives, enhancing innovation and problem-solving. Each generation—Baby Boomers, Generation-X, Millennials, Generation-Z and Generation Alpha—brings a unique set of expectations, values and needs that shape how they experience engagement at work. Participants will gain insights into the needs and motivations of each generation, learning how to create flexible programming, enhance communication, tailor leadership strategies and implement other value-added initiatives that appeal to a multi-generational workforce. By providing practical approaches to bridge generational gaps, this session aims to equip club leaders with the expertise to build stronger teams, boost retention, and ultimately elevate the member experience. |
