Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify emerging food trends in the club industry;
  2. Demonstrate effective behaviors for creating a positive food safety culture;
  3. Examine strategies for clubs to generate a profit in their F&B operations;
  4. Review key learning concepts that can be implemented into practice.

Certification

Participants will receive 30 NE Credits in addition to the completion of the BMI Food & Beverage Management elective. Evaluation forms must be completed and submitted in order to be eligible for the credit(s). Attendance is required for ALL sessions in order to obtain credit for BMI Food & Beverage Management.
