Richard Arnold, CCM Attains Honour Society Membership

TORONTO, Ontario (October 8, 2025) – The Club Management Association of Canada (CMAC) is delighted to announce that Richard Arnold, CCM, chief executive officer of The Glencoe Club and The Glencoe Golf & Country Club in Calgary, Alberta has attained Honour Society membership. The Honour Society recognizes a commitment to the profession and continual lifelong learning.

Meant to augment the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation, seen as the “hallmark of professionalism” in the club industry, membership in the Honour Society requires club management professionals to have achieved the CCM designation, to have obtained an additional 400 hours of education, and to have successfully completed Business Management Institutes Tactical or Strategic Leadership. The CCM designation was established by the Club Management Association of America in 1965. CMAC launched its certification program in Canada in 2004.

CMAC extends its sincere congratulations and will recognize this significant achievement at the 2025 CMAC National Conference being held November 1-5, 2025, in Windsor, Ontario.

Please visit the CMAC website for more details on certification and the certification process.
