Payment Options
Payment Policy
In order to attend the conference, CMAC must receive full payment by October 1. Payments made prior to September 23 can be paid by e-transfer, credit card, cheque, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Cheques are not accepted after September 23 - payments can be paid by e-transfer, EFT or credit card through your CMAC profile.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for all event registrations must be received in writing by no later than September 13. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded the conference registration fee less a 10% (plus HST) administration fee. Cancellations after this date cannot be refunded. Substitutions within member category are permitted.
