Terms & Conditions
Cancellations must be received, in writing, by no later than January 3, 2024. Cancellations received by this time will be refunded the workshop registration fee less a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations received after January 3, 2024 cannot be refunded.
Payment Policy
In order to attend the BMI course, course registration must be paid in full to CMAC prior to January 15, 2024. Payments made prior to January 3, 2024 can be paid by credit card, invoice, e-transfer to national@thecmac.ca, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payments made after January 3, 2024 can only be paid by e-transfer or credit card either through your CMAC profile.
Credit Card Payments
All payments paid by credit card are subject to an additional 2.5% processing fee (plus HST).
