Designed for club professionals with little or no golf experience, this interactive virtual session will provide a practical introduction to golf operations and the role they play in delivering an exceptional member experience.
Led by Hendrick van der Geld, CCM, PGA, Chief Operating Officer at The Club at North Halton, participants will gain a better understanding of how golf operations contribute to club culture, member satisfaction, and overall club success. The session will also explore how various departments support the golfer experience and work together to create a seamless member journey.
