Join the Québec Branch and Chris Barron, CCM of Club Benchmarking for a fast-paced education session hosted at the Forest & Stream Club in Dorval, Québec.
In this fast-paced session, Chris Barron of Club Benchmarking will present financial success factors in the private club industry. Chris will discuss relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPl's) that every manager should understand to allow them to be the definitive voice pertaining to all things finance at their respective clubs.
Chris will touch upon best practices in governance, capital planning, the "food and beverage trap" and how to understand your balance sheet. Chris will address the almost non-existent difference between the private club model in Canada versus the United States.
