Important Booking Information

• Conference rates are available only for up to three (3) nights after the conference.
• Discounted rates are not available before the conference dates.
• All rooms are subject to availability and may sell out quickly.
• Once our room block is full, additional rooms at conference pricing cannot be guaranteed.
