BMI General Manager/Chief Operating Officer introduces and expounds upon the GM/COO Concept. Learn how to operate your club as a business and be perceived as its leader. Registration includes all education, dinner at the club on Monday, lunch at the club on Wednesday, lunch on the final day, continental breakfast and snacks throughout the week.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations must be received, in writing, by no later than January 5, 2026. Cancellations received by this time will be refunded the workshop registration fee less a 10% administration fee.

Cancellations received after January 5, 2025 cannot be refunded.

Payment Policy
In order to attend the BMI course, course registration must be paid in full to CMAC prior to January 22, 2026. Payments made prior to January 5, 2026 can be paid by credit card, cheque, e-transfer to national@thecmac.ca, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payments made after January 5, 2026 can only be paid by e-transfer or credit card through your CMAC profile.
