Cancellations
Cancellations must be received, in writing, by no later than January 31. Cancellations received by this time will be refunded the course registration fee less 10% (plus HST) administration fee. Cancellations received after January 31cannot be refunded. Substitutions will be permitted.

CMAC reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of cancellation. CMAC will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses, other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause. 

Payment Policy
In order to attend the 2025 National Food & Beverage Management Conference, registration must be paid in full to CMAC by February 24. Payments made prior to January 31 can be paid by credit card, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Interac e-Transfer made to national@thecmac.ca. Cheques are not accepted for payments made after January 31. Note: Due to the Canada Post strike we are not accepting cheques at this time.

Credit Card Payments
All payments paid by credit card are subject to an additional 2.5% processing fee (plus HST).

Certification
CMAC members who register for and attend the conference will be awarded four Association Activity Credits. Education Credits are awarded on the basis of one National Education Credit for each 60 minutes of education time. Breaks are not included. Participants must be present for the full session and an evaluation must be completed and submitted for each session in order to be eligible for the credit(s). There are a total of 15 National Education Credits possible if you attend all sessions. 

Photographs & Social Media

CMAC reserves the right to use any photo or video images recorded at the Conference. By registering for the Conference you acknowledge and agree that CMAC may photograph and/or video you during the event as well as use the photographs and/or videos in any publication or media for future educational and promotional activities/materials without further notification or any compensation.
