Cancellations must be received, in writing, by no later than January 6, 2023. Cancellations received by this time will be refunded the workshop registration fee less a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations received after January 6 cannot be refunded.
Payment Policy
In order to attend the BMI course, course registration must be paid in full to CMAC prior to January 23. Payments made prior to January 6 can be paid by credit card, invoice, e-transfer to national@thecmac.ca, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payments made after January 6 can only be paid by e-transfer or credit card either through your CMAC profile or by contacting the CMAC National Office at 416-979-0640.
Credit Card Payments
All payments paid by credit card are subject to an additional 2.5% processing fee (plus HST).
