Robert Shedden - Conference Co-Chair Having grown up at his family restaurant on Falcon Lake Golf Course, Robert has worked in the golf industry for the past 25 years, holding positions in many departments including golf operations, grounds, administration, and food & beverage (both front of house and back of house). In 2010 while completing his diploma in golf management at Camosun College, Robert entered the world of private clubs at Victoria Golf Club. From there Robert came home to Manitoba to become the Operations Manager at Lorette Golf Course, followed by six years at Pine Ridge Golf Club where he became Assistant General Manager, before taking on the position of Clubhouse Manager at the historic St. Charles Country Club in 2021. Robert is the current President of the Manitoba Branch and is working towards his CCM designation to supplement his diplomas in business administration and golf management. |

Graham Davis, CCM Graham was appointed as General Manager of Manitoba Club in 2010 and has been toiling away in the club industry for the past 24 years. In 2014, Graham co-founded and co-chaired CMAC’s 2014 and 2017 City Club Summit (Chicago, San Francisco). Graham co-chaired CSCM’s National Food and Beverage Conference in 2016 in Winnipeg, and the 2016 National Conference in Chicago. In 2017, Graham was honoured with the Canadian Society of Club Managers’ “Club Manager of the Year” award. As a result of the amazing team of incredible professionals he works with on the daily, he co-guided Manitoba Club to Platinum Club of the World Top 100 City Club status in 2020 and the club continues to enjoy that standing to present day, it’s 149th year of operation. In his time away from the club, he and his wife enjoy dragging their Airstream trailer around the continent and long early morning walks with his beagle. |
